Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SAIG platform, the SAIG Console and associated ventures (together, the "Service"), operated by Skylite Group Ltd ("SAIG", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13535333). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SAIG provides an AI platform and operating console connecting a portfolio of specialist AI ventures. We may add, change or remove features at any time. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may evolve over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt or compromise its security or infrastructure, reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate or distribute harmful, infringing or abusive content.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

5. AI-generated output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate results. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial or other expert advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

6. Intellectual property

The SAIG platform, Console, Skye and all related software, branding and materials are owned by Skylite Group Ltd and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the platform itself.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with and links to third-party products and ventures, each of which may have its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Fees

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are shown at the point of purchase. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skylite Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
