Data Processing & Sub-processors

This page summarises how Skylite Group Ltd ("SAIG", "we", "us") processes personal data and lists the sub-processors we rely on to deliver the SAIG platform and Console. It supports our obligations under UK and EU data protection law and complements our Privacy Policy.

3. International transfers

Some sub-processors operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the providers' approved transfer mechanisms (for example standard contractual clauses or equivalent frameworks).

4. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@skylite.group. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

6. Data Processing Agreement

Business and enterprise customers who require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can request one by emailing hello@skylite.group.
